OSHIMA(GUANGZHOU)MACHINERY CO.,LTD, OSHIMA Group’s business, is the manufacturing base of OSHIMA in China. It has many years of experience of manufacturing boiler equipment. Set up in mainland in 1994, it has developed into a larger enterprise and gained manufacturing qualification for B classic boiler, boiler installation, pressure tube installation, pressure container transformation.
Our company has two manufacturing bases, covering about 10w square meters of land area and 5w of building area. It has more than 400 staff and about 50 technicians, as well as 200 sets of manufacturing equipments. Besides, our company has been one member of China Boiler Association, Guangdong Special Equipment Association and commended by country and industry for times.
We carry out these quality guidelines: people first, innovation and quality first, customer-oriented. With such guidelines, we build complete quality system and enlarge the production capability. We have professional equipment for welding, lifting, bending, nondestructive testing and physical and chemical testing. With strong technical power, our products are sold all over the world and gain fame.
We have complete product line, including oil fired steam boiler: WNS, LSS, LWS; coal fired boiler: DZL,DZG, SZL, WNG; organic heat transfer material heater: YYL、YQL、YGL; hot water boiler: CWNS、CWNSJ、WNS、LHS、DZL、SZL. Besides, we can make of special boilers according to customer’s requirement. We can also design and manufacture D1, D2 pressure container, install and transform boiler and pressure tube, and offer coordinative service for special equipment.
To meet the national energy policy, develop efficient biomass energy and low carbon economy, we launched new type boiler WNS, DZL with biomass burner and gained official qualification to transform traditional boiler into biomass boiler. We have set up special plant for biomass pellet and offer coordinative service for customers. “Quality makes brand” is the forever faith to build our company and product images.
